Domestic Orders take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive due to high demand and holiday season. International orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks to arrive depending on location.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?

It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different distributors causing in different arrival times. Contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
